This policy explicitly outlines our approach to cancellations, trial evaluations, premium tier memberships, and the proactive resolution of billing disputes.

All new employer memberships automatically initiate with a standard 90-day free trial period. No payment card method or advance financial validation is mandatory during this trial, and your account will never be charged unless you explicitly choose to maintain or scale your membership after the evaluation period ends. You hold the right to process a cancellation at any point during the trial window with no future obligation.
If you explicitly choose to continue your platform access beyond your designated free trial window, your membership will be automatically billed on a monthly recurring schedule at a fixed rate of $11.99 per month.
You may cancel your monthly membership tier at any point. Cancellations take effect dynamically at the absolute conclusion of the current active billing cycle—ensuring you retain full platform access, job posting administration, and applicant metrics until that precise date. We do not provide prorated or partial refunds for midway cancellations.
Annual employer memberships are structured to be billed upfront for a full twelve-month window.
If you finalize a cancellation request for an annual membership within fourteen (14) calendar days of your transaction billing date, and you have not utilized the platform to distribute or publish any job advertisements during that active period, you are fully eligible to receive a complete refund. Following the conclusion of this 14-day grace period, annual memberships become entirely non-refundable, though full system access will continue uninterrupted until the end of the paid annual term.
If you believe that you have been processed in error, identify a payment discrepancy, or have identified a processing malfunction, please reach out to our accounts department within thirty (30) days of the transaction date at emailus@careersconnect.ca. We evaluate all incoming billing disputes thoroughly and will supply a formal resolution path within five (5) business days.
All payments for employer packages are handled by secure third-party processors (Stripe, PayPal, or similar).
We do not store full credit card information.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time.
Revisions will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any updates.
