The purpose of this Data Deletion Policy is to explain how users may request deletion of their personal information from communityoutreach.ca (“TBest Jobs,” “we,” “our,” or “the Platform”), and to clarify what types of data can be deleted, retained, or restricted in accordance with U.S. privacy and compliance standards.
This Policy applies to:
Job seekers with user accounts
Employers with company profiles or job postings
Individuals who submitted resumes, profile information, or applications
Anyone whose data is stored through normal Platform operations

Full name
Email associated with the account
A clear statement requesting account and/or data deletion
We may require additional information to verify identity before processing the request.
Most requests are processed within 30 days.
We can delete:
Name, email, and phone number
Login credentials
Profile details
Account preferences
We can delete:
Uploaded resumes
Resumes created using our resume builder
Employment history, education, skills, and certifications
Application materials submitted through the Platform
We can delete:
Saved jobs
Resume visibility settings
Job alerts
Upon authorized request, we can delete:
Job postings
Company profile content
Drafts, internal notes, or unused templates
We can delete:
Comments submitted through the Platform
Images or files uploaded by the user
We must retain:
Payment history
Transaction records
Billing details
These records are required for compliance, auditing, and legal purposes.
If a job seeker applied to a job, the employer already received:
Full resume
Contact information
Application details
We cannot remove data stored in the employer’s own system. Users must contact the employer directly.
We may retain certain information to:
Detect and prevent fraudulent activity
Protect Platform integrity
Comply with security obligations
This data is limited and not used for advertising.
We may retain:
Aggregated metrics
De-identified analytics
Non-personal statistical information
These cannot be linked to individual users.
Certain logs related to security or operational performance may be temporarily retained before automated deletion.
If requested, we can:
Disable access to your account
Hide your resume from all employers
Retain your data for future reactivation
Permanent deletion includes:
Removal of all personal information
Deletion of resumes and profile content
Anonymizing application history
Removing user-generated content
This action cannot be reversed.
Only verified company representatives may request deletion of employer-related data.
We may delete:
Job postings
Company descriptions
User accounts tied to the company (upon request)
Verification may be required.
Deletion requests are generally completed within 30 days, though this may extend in cases involving:
High-volume data removal
Multiple account associations
Legal requirements
Technical complexity
We will notify you once deletion is complete.
Individuals whose data appears on the Platform without having created an account (e.g., employer-uploaded resumes) may request deletion by contacting:

We may revise this Policy to reflect changes in legal requirements or Platform functionality. The updated version will be posted with a new effective date.
Using the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
